Blood, Sweat & Tears' remake of Billie Holiday's classic, "God Bless the Child".
This is my favorite band, in what I'd call their 3rd main line up. This is about 1972/73 over in Scandinavia, I believe, or maybe Germany.
This line up has my favorite bassist, Jim Fielder, and my favorite trumpet player, Lew Soloff - along with some other very fine musicians. So watch, enjoy, tell me what you think.

i've been obsessed with billie's lately. i've been imitating singing voices just for exercise. and it's soo fun to incorporate different style in my own singing. what ever style that may be at this point.
