This is the day I've been waiting for for at least a month. Chris Thile's new band, Punch Brothers, released their first album, "Punch" (Playing off of Mark Twain's short story "Punch, Brothers, Punch").
I held the album today, but I didn't buy it. That would require spendable money. But I'll get it one day.
The highlight of the album is Chris Thile's 40-minute, four movement "The Blind Leaving the Blind". Bliss. Bliss. Bliss. I'm thrilled to hear it.
